Michael McLeod is an ADHD/Executive Function Specialist. The owner of GrowNOW ADHD, located in Philadelphia, PA, Michael is the creator of the evidence-based GrowNOW Internal Skills Model for Strengthening Executive Functions, Independence, and Resiliency. Michael presents to and trains parents and staff, including school districts and therapeutic staff, both across the country and internationally, to help them reframe Executive Functions and help the children they serve in a more meaningful way.

When focusing on the unique Internal Skills, we can empower students to develop personalized, and resilient Self-Talk to boost Executive Function skills by giving them the tools to construct it. In this training, Michael describes the assessment and treatment of Executive Function deficits by utilizing an internal-based approach. Michael presents research-based strategies that help us to view Executive Functioning from a new standpoint and how to effectively treat it.
